The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Color / Power Mismatch. (Please be noted that this policy will only be activated if we send you the Product which mismatches the size/power mentioned in the order invoice. If the invoice and delivered item’s color / Power are, we will not reconsider refund at any cost.)

Exchange / Return Policy
- The product may only be returned during the period of delivery. Return the product with the delivery charge to the delivery man before they leave if dissatisfied, no returns will be made after the delivery man leaves your address.
- No exchange if taken with prescription glasses.
- The exchange must be made within 5 days of the date mentioned in the invoice. An invoice will be required for an exchange. No exchange without an invoice

If you want to exchange the product, you need to send us a message on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/eyedolofficial) within 24 hours of getting the product. You can exchange a product you bought or choose a different one on our website.
In order to initiate a product exchange, it is necessary to adhere to the following procedural steps:
- Communication with us via Facebook Messenger at m.me/eyedolofficial no later than 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- Please kindly provide your name and contact phone number.
- Please provide a detailed explanation of your complaint, supported by valid and sound reasoning.
We’ll send the exchanged product or a product in “Exchange” Condition. You’ll receive the new product upon delivery, pay any additional fee if applicable, and return the old product.
**We don’t accept exchanges for damage from misuse, used consumables, or incidental damage from wear.
**Return products in original, unused packaging with all included items and intact seals/tags.

For lens orders, refer to the following for specific issues.
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, please inspect it upon delivery and reject it if necessary. We’ll take responsibility for any damage caused during delivery. A full refund will be issued.
- Contact us with the package and the wrong item photo to receive the correct item. Return the wrong item to the delivery man after receiving the correct one.
- Measure old glasses before buying—no refund for size issues with Additional Lens Orders.
- If you made a mistake with your prescription, please send us the original copy, and Inshaallah, we’ll try to give you a discount on a new pair with the correct information.
